    Hi folks I'm new on here, my problem is that on the 25th January I went to Leicester drove into car park at about 12-30pm by the time I found a space it was about 12-40pm I put £1 in machine for 1hr parking went to see if friends were in the pub they were so at 13-38pm put £6 in machine for about 5 or 6hr parking not sure then went to match came back at 17-15pm drove home today I have a letter from parking eye they say I have not purchased appropriate parking time but I did and I still have the ticket which shows 13-38pm and £6 paid what shall I do now thanks

    Dear, Sirs

    I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver paid for parking (see attached receipts). I am under no statutory obligation to name the driver and will not do so.

    In any event your charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss. Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    If they do reject come back for a suitable popla appeal.

      Hi Great Dane thanks for that I have just looked at my paid parking ticket my reg is ++++EFP The one I put in the machine is ++++EFT i must have pressed the wrong letter and not noticed it is there anything else I can do ta

        They'll probably cancel the ticket when you appeal as above for a wrong reg.
