    Hello,
I took a motorcycle off of the road in 2001 and it's been stored in my shed ever since. Due to circumstances/illness I never declared SORN but heard nothing from DVLA. If I were to SORN or sell it now, would I be persued for the 25+ years of road tax?
    Thanks in advance.

I copied your question and pasted it into a Google search, which suggests that DVLA can only go back 6 years.

That's very helpful. When I searched, most of the pages/opinions didn't specify this.
      Thank you for your assistance.
