  • 52m PCN - Royal Albert Way E16/ Gallions Roundabout E16

    Hi,

    I need some advice please.

Received PCN 52m for entering Royal Albert Way at 22:43.

My arguments are: Prohibitive sign of car and flying motorcycle do not have a time restriction this is from the video evidence provided and it does not seem to be lit up. The sign is on a bend as you enter Royal Albert Way off a roundabout and only one sign on the left and there are 2 lanes.

There is a warning that CCTV is in operation but this is also with the prohibitive sign.

Google maps from Aug 25 is not much help.

I really would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any other points I can add to my challenge.

    Thank you in advance.

If you post up a redacted completely legible photo of the PCN we may be able to advise

On reflection you might do better to post on Free Traffic Legal Advice (https://www.ftla.uk/) where there are a number of posts dealing with that location
