    My guess? The letter says the court cannot accept your plea of guilty given what you said about the offences (ie your "if and only if" sentence). You need to clarify in court what you are pleading and why. I would not have expected your response to be accepted without an appearance and would think it unsuitable to be dealt with under the SJP.
