The captured vehicle is clearly not mine, there are many differences but the council still rejected it, Now going through tribunal but I cant believe they have not dropped the fine. I also have crime number
Any help, it is causing me mental anguish and stress, something I dont cope with too well.

Yes it is. The vehicles are very different, I have a crime number and spoken to DVLA although I still need to update them.
