Hello, I received a letter of claim from the above about a parking charge in October 2020. This was the 1st I had heard of it. I emailed them and explained this and asked them for evidence because I was not aware of this and this was the first correspondence I had received. They have sent me a photo of the car but I can’t identify who is driving the car. Can you please help or advise because they have asked for over £100 now

Well in that case there is little that can be done except wait for the actual court claim to arrive.
DO NOT LOSE THAT !! but come back here immediately and post up a copy of it

Hi I have located the only letter I have received and this was when I responded.

So, If all they have sent you is an unhelpful photo of your vehicle, how do you know the event they refer to occurred in October 2020 as stated in post 1?
Perhaps you have more information than you are telling us, which really isn't very helpful!

If you do not have any more details you could now write back to them requesting copy of the original "Notice to Keeper" as you have no recollection of this event.

I haven’t withheld anything from you. As I said this was the first and only letter I received from them. I requested evidence and they sent me an email with 2 photos of the car entering and exiting the car park. I tried to zoom in to identify the driver and I am unable to see who the driver is. There is not only me insured on the vehicle. I have no reason to withhold anything. I am looking for advice and n how to deal with this

Also on the back of this letter the date stated 24th Oct 2020

So you only showed the front of the letter, and withheld the reverse!
Can you now post up that page?

..and what was the wording of the email they sent you with the photos?
