VT with Startline

Hi all,

I contacted startline to VT my agreement on Monday. They have today come back to me and advised that VT is not an option due to Startline Terminating my agreement in August 2022. They have advised that Voluntary surrender of the vehicle is my only option.

Does this seem right?

Any help is greatly appreciated
