ECHAT11, I have scoured as much social media as I can, seems to be possibly his family and friends liking his business page tbh, maybe a few randomers/customers. He's on Click Mechanic where he has a large number of possible reviews, mostly positive but in general just information he has given them and small jobs, there's at least one negative response and the mechanic had also responded negatively asking for the customer to make their feedback positive.

You need to double check whether it's MCOL. With MCOL the maximum number of defendants is 2 and its for a money only claim
