    Only hearing of an offense with a summons

    Hello I have been summoned for a driving without due care and attention as well as not providing the drivers name the offence took place on 23/6/24 and on 24/7/24 not providing the drivers name but the first I knew about this is a summons received on the 16 /12/24 does anyone have advice what to do about this
