  • Voluntary Termination Notice - Charges

    Hi

Just looking for some advice. I voluntary returned a vehicle to the finance company on a PCP deal. I have recently been sent a letter stating charges over £400, rear door dent and lost nav card. 1. there was nothing identified when they picked up the car and review it. The car also never had a NAV media with it when purchased from Arnold Clark. Android auto was always used. Just want to know where I stand with this , how best to put case forward etc.. I did almost £200 on serving and tyres before returning although service was not due. Also done a full valet.
