    Morning
Has anybody had issues with this court
Received a court summons ( parking ) in which l disagreed with.
The summons is for £285.88 the judgement was 17/7/24.
    ln the correct time scale,
l sent a request for consent to set aside judgement also help with fees N244 and EX160 never heard anything.
Tried ring cnbc impossible to get through.
received a bailiff action letter from dcbl twice now.
Tried ringing cnbc which you are put on hold for hours then disconnected.
Sent cnbc a letter (registered) still not heard from them.
There website say communication is usually 10 days and they are well over that now.
Not good for a hmrc body they say you have a time limit but you can’t get any reasonable reply to make a viable defence.

Any help advice would be appreciated
    Regards

    Hi
Did you read "Set Aside Application" under "SHORTCUTS" in the righthand side of this page?
The defendant sends a letter requesting consent to set aside the judgement to the claimant
The defendant makes an application to the court to set aside the judgement stating why they believe it should be and providing evidence etc
Write to the claimant and dcbl letting them know you have made a court application
When you telephone cnbc you could try selecting the "pay court fees" option (answered quicker) and ask about your application for help with court fees (EX 160)

When I had to notify the court quickly, I was told to mark my email "URGENT" in the heading followed by a brief reason why the email was urgent
