  • Single Justice Procedure

I have received notification of a SJP following a speeding offence. Automatic referral to court due to speed.
However I have received a further 2 speeding tickets but one is from a different county.

How do I request all offences are heard in the one court sitting.

i have acknowledged the other 2 offences and advised I was driving. They offered me £100 & 3pts for each but I know as a new driver I will likely get a ban/licence revoked for the first offence.
I have responded to the second 2 offences saying that I won’t be accepting the £100 & 3pts as want all charges heard together.

I have today received the SJP in which I have to state guilty/not guilty but it only relates to the first original offence.
