Hello
I wonder if anyone can help me? I have. PCN from Smart Parking for parking outside of the white bay. This was in a free car park outside retail shops.As there was no loss of income to the landowner, can I still be in breach of contract when no finances were involved.
I am quite elderly now and I gave myself too much room to get out of my car which is why I was over the white line.

If you could post up the Parking charge Notice you have received, we can look at it to see if there is any wriggle room.
First blank out your name & address and registration and reference numbers.
