    Hi Everyone,
I am just looking for advice following my complaint to Moneybarn for Mis-selling. I have received a final response admitting that the finance was mis-sold. It states that they will correct my credit file, transfer the car into my name & refund everything above the purchase price of the car which was £7495. How ever my loan with them was not for the purchase price as I paid a deposit. My loan was for £5500. So shouldn’t they refund everything I have paid accept for the loan amount?
    Thanks
