Good morning.Recently received notification of unpaid Pcn notice, Date of Contravention being 26/8/22. Have never,ever received pcn charge notice & cp plus,unwilling to cooperate,As way of appeal due to 14 days rules for appeal,They are also not allowing me to have POPLAR CODE.Now awaiting communication from cp plus, legal side.Any advise much appreciated.

Could you please post up copies of correspondence (first removing your identification details but leaving in all dates and times)
