  • Parking notice

The driver parked in a car park without paying on the date 04.10.2023, Apcoa parking issued me a parking charge for breaching their terms and conditions on the 25/10/2023, clearly passed the relevant period of 14 days. Can someone advise me on how to appeal this parking charge and if I can.

I don't believe there's enough information in your post to advise at the moment.

Can you tell us whether the parking charge notice you received cites Protection of Freedoms Act (POFA) or not? Additionally, can you tell us whether anything was affixed to your vehicle at the time of the alleged contravention, or was the first you heard about it when the notice landed on the door mat?

Please post up a redacted copy of the NTK, and do not identify the driver.

Is the vehicle registered in your name or was it a hired car?
