Well, you did ask nicely, but I am not sure that anyone here is able to give you what you want.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

TT99 the driving licence endorsement for 'totting up'?

Is your question whether you can get the endorsement removed sooner than the standard 4 years from date of conviction?

I don't think that's possible but tagging islandgirl who is knowledgable aboout magistrates court procedures.
All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

As above, can you elaborate on what you mean. Two possibilities I can think of:

        1. Can you have your disqualification ended sooner than the court ordered?

        2. Can you have the endorsement removed from your driving record earlier than normal?

The answer to (1) is no. A Court can only consider reducing the length of a ban if that ban was in excess of two years. A "totting up" ban is usually for six months (or twelve months in the event of a second totting up ban within three years of the first).

The answer to (2) is also no. It is an administrative process carried out by the DVLA and there is no right of appeal to have the periods shortened.

Does your question relate to any other scenario?
