  • DCB Legal & CP plus attempting to claim over £600 from me!!

July 2021, I had to travel from Poole to Manchester overnight, stopping a few times on the way for naps etc.

a while later I get two parking notices from CP plus saying I stayed in 2 of their car parks for little over two hours each time. They have made two claims in the courts for a total of over £600. W T F

    advice?

My advice would be that you post up redacted copies of the 2 pcns, front & rear, leave all times & dates visible.
Plus legible photos of the site signs, as that is what any alleged unilateral contract is based on.
