Letter before claim

Hi everyone.
complete newbie here so please go easy on me.

I have received a “letter before claim” from CST law
it is for claimant “smart parking limited”
total amount outstanding is £160.

kindly please help me how I go about defending it.

I don’t recall parking in the area they said. I shop at Asda sometimes and the parking fine is about parking there.

any help is much appreciated.

Unfortunately it would be wise to respond to this LBC.
Did they enclose a pre action protocol response pack with this?
Do you have the original documentation? (Postal Notice to Keeper, windscreen pcn if applicable).
Plus a clearly legible photo of the site sign t&c's?
