Good afternoon. I wonder if anyone knows if legally changing your name could work to get rid of driving endorsements? Could you apply for a new licence rather than notifying the DVLA? Would this be legally sound? I ask for a friend. We have been discussing some one changing their name to get out of impending criminal charges. Does anyone have any knowledge about such things?
