      Sorry yes, I read that a few days after I sent the letter. I followed the advice of citizens advice before I found this forum. After reading your reply I sent them another letter adding court proceeding.

              Hi. I am in a similar situation but with a private seller. I have emailed him. He denies knowledge of fault and stopped replying a while ago. I would now like to take this further and apply to the small claims court. To this end I have been looking for the templates you mentioned in this post but I can't find the links. Could someone possibly post the links for a LBA?

                EFB you are not in a similar position as a contract between private individuals is a completely different ball game.
