hi, to everyone, I have got a ticket because of where I parked my car, I was doing a friend visit, his house is next to where I parked, I have taken couple of photos, there is double yellow line however where I parked is on and over the kerb and not on the road double yellow line, if you could have a look at the provided pictures and let us know, if there is anything I can argue about? thank you (i tried to add images it says I am not authorised, if i can I will upload images, if admin may allow me to do so)
is there any point to argue this fine or just accept and pay?

That land is included within the parking prohibition indicated by the yellow lines.
However if the parking spaces further along the road are deliniated by the reddish tarmac you may be able to argue it is confusing to have parking spaces then subject to yellow linesLast edited by des8; 24th May 2022, 22:01:PM.
