I purchased car today, on 10th of may.
i was Informed that car has statues CAT N, but road ready, and that’s all. After careful inspection and test drive I bought a car even without AC working, sales man did not mention that at first, but when asked just said- well car is cheap enough etc etc! Ok, though that is just a small issue and car is great. So I Drive home- for abt 48 minutes, car was fine, little shaking when exceeded 70mph, Also thought that is just small issue.
Car is semi automatic and it started playing up near my home town, with shifting to auto into manual mode by itself and then also stuck in gear 3 and then again driving nice. Then service light along with abs light, eps light came on and then go away when car switched off and on again. Then at somw
point it was showing that parking brake default detected and won’t release brake. Then would. Anyways, I called dealer and sales man, after asking few times if I am sure that it plays up, said that he will send towing van to collect the car and see what is wrong!
At purchase no warranty was given, as per receipt. I paid 300£ in cash and 1000£ With card. Have receipts.
also I applied for v5 and taxes car and insured.
    heart is really broken!
Am I entitled to ask for full refund? I don’t want to do anything with that dealership again! I won’t even trust a but!
    thank you

Yes, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to reject the car within 30 days. You do not have to give them the chance to repair

You can also claim from the credit card company under S75
