    Blocking a Drivrway

    Hi all.My mum has a driveway, she's had it over 30 years. She has new neighbours, and we were blocked in the drive a few days ago. Went out yesterday, came back, and hes blocked us getting in or out. Today he's left his car there, and gone out in a different car. Is there anything we can do to stop him doing this? Thank you.
