Received as the Registered Keeper, a PCN for parking at Pier Head, Exmouth from Premier Park Ltd. Reason given is Whole Period of Parking Not Paid For. The Driver says a ticket was purchased for upto 4hrs parking (they think from memory), it was displayed on the dashboard and can be seen in the photo on the PCN. The ticket was paid for in cash and the Driver does not still have the ticket to check the details.
The Registered Keeper wished to appeal this PCN but does not have the ticket to check the details remembered by the Driver. Does this matter? How would you advise to proceed please?

So SAR request to Premier Park requesting everything they hold about you, including details of teh ticket purchased.

Hello what does SAR mean please? My partner has had the exact same thing happen to him at the exact same car park and is now facing court action. He is about to have a heart attack over this. It was for a birthday meal and has been going on for over a year now. Please please help
