Not sure if this the site to help me but i will write in brief about my problem.
I was on a short family trip in Italy about 4 years ago where i had a hire car, not sure what the offence was but 3+ years later i started recieving letters from a International Debt Collectors who are based in Kent for "Driving in a restricted lane" requesting a payment of £354.70 which ive just ignored but today i have recieved another letter from CLI which is a "NOTICE OF PERSONAL VISIT" unless i pay within 7 days & giving my times of their visits from their doorstep collection agents 8am to 8.30pm mon to fri & 9am to 4.30pm on saturday.
I just want some advice wether i should start worrying or just pay the fine or carry on ignoring the letters ?

Just ask them to leave no powers.no doubt resolvecall no communication with them.

So completely ignore any communication from them & if they turn up on my doorstep i can tell them to get off my land ?
Theres nothing they can do ?

Be polite. But no communication they if anybody turn up just leave a card asking ring office no powers
