  • HELP - Is my car insurance info correct?!?!?!?!

Hello. I was recently involved in a minor car accident where the third party verbally agreed to take liability, but has not yet done so, and when i called them after the accident they said we "could let the insurers handle it", which doesnt fill me with confidence that he's going to take liability. No one was hurt.
When I applied for my car insurance, I ticked my occupation as unemployed due to disability. I don't work due to fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression and ptsd. As these conditions do not seem to be notifiable from what I have read as they don't impact my driving, I have never informed dvla or my insurers. Am I right in thinking that I don’t have to disclose this information ? No further details were requested at the time when i got the insurance.
I should also point out that I am on medication, but none of it explicitly states that I am unable to drive when taking it.
My GP has never told me not to drive, but at the same time, i didnt think to ask, i didnt realise my conditions/meds might be notifiable.

Do car insurers ask disabled customers about meds/conditions after a crash?

I'm so worried i've done something wrong that is going to void my policy and possibly cause a stream of other problems.
Thank you in advance for your help.
