  • Issue with car dealer

Hello, i purchased a car from a dealer, within 3 weeks the car had issues as well as 4 seriously damaged tyres. I took the car back (after going to a garage for advice) the car had seized brakes, leaking shock absorber and a damage wheel cylinder. They had my car for 8 days, said the leak was a mist, replaced the tyres, point blank refused to fix anything else. The car started to make awful noises, took car back to garage, who informed me the absorber needed replaced asap (they advised me of this when i took it first time) when i called them, i was met with abuse & awful customer service. I’m wondering if i can get the amount refunded that i had to pay the garage to fix and what they refused to fix!

    Hi CORAL D

So what else needs to be fixed?

You could send them the following template, amend, get Proof of Postage.

    https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rig...r-aeziX3M7tYNw

You are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How did you pay for the car? Debit Card / Card Card?
