Hi I have today received a pcn from a company called Debt Recovery Plus for the sum of £170 on behalf of Smart Parking Ltd. The letter states that I was parked at Sea Lane Carpark Ingoldmells on the 27/06/2021 and the reason for issue is Insufficient Paid Time. On the letter they state that this is the 3rd letter they have sent and I have not responded to any of their other letters, I have not received any previous letters from them. They have said I have 7 days to respond to the letter. On the day in question yes I did park in the said carpark and I paid £2 for my ticket which was an all day ticket so I do not understand where they are saying I owe money, unfortunately I no longer have the ticket the only proof I have on what I paid was my daughter was with me when we paid for the parking because she was the one who paid.
