  • Parking Charge Notice for leaving site

Received a PCN for ‘driver leaving site’ This is from UKPCS and shows photos of my ‘empty’ car and sent to me as registered keeper.
I have sent them two letters asking for evidence or ‘driver leaving site’ so I can ascertain who the driver was and see if in fact they left the site. More than one person incl me and my partner have been into this car park 3 or more times around this time and genuinely entered shops deemed as ‘the site’ but can’t prove this, as just browsing with no purchase....
If they have no evidence of driver leaving site, why should I just pay up?!!!! What do I do next?
Appreciate any advice as there correspondence seems very ‘menacing/threatening.

Look for the "toothbrush" case which was about this VCS v Ibbotson.
    I think the link is:

      Easy win
Appeal to UKCPS . Standard rejection
Appeal to IAS in which you deny leaving site and put ukcps to strict proof
      UKCPS will withdraw automatically
