We’re in the process of VT with Audi. They’ve been pretty good so far BUT I’m a bit unsure about the excess mileage.
To be clear I’ve no problem paying the excess mileage, our fault for going over so only right I pay.
My issue is, we are paying the last 3 months of our contract to get to 50% and VT but they aren’t giving us the extra mileage for the 3 months. So that’s over 3000 miles that makes a big difference obviously. I did dispute this and Audi said just pay the full amount and then dispute it but, let’s make it right, I’m not going to see the money once in their account.
Am I in the right by thinking (wishful I know) I should get the mileage allowance for the months im paying for?
