    Hi, I need some advice

I have received a PCN on my previous car (I was the keeper of the vehicle at the time). Contravention date is 06/02/2019, yes 2 years ago. The letter states they sent me a letter to inform me of the ticket, but I’ll be honest I can’t remember if I received it or not.

I do remember going to that location on that date and time, as I was picking up a student. I am a driving instructor. May have sat there for a bit.

Do I have any grounds for appeal on this?

Write to them as the keeper denying any liability but request that they provide you with the PCN they allegedly issued at the time.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Ok, there is an option to appeal online or write a letter. Which one shall I opt for?

The appeal page does have the option to state if I am the keeper or driver.
