    PCN

    Hi On Saturday I received a letter from Gladstones with regards to a PCN back in September 2020
    I never received the initial letter with regards to the alleged offence.
    Now recived a letter with court action,
    Any advice how to pursue this please

    So have you moved house in the last year and not updated your V5?

    What have you actually received? A letter threatening court action of an actual claim form from Northampton?

    It's not an offence, it's an alleged breach of contract.

    SAR to the parking company
    CPR 31.14 request to the solicitors.
