I recieved a county court claim from parking eye I entered a defence online they have now sent me a letter offering to settle out of court for £60 advise please

Thank you I suppose what I am asking is that if they are prepared to settle out of court does that indicate my defence is strong also is it worth offering a lower amount to settle out of court
