  • Motonovo VT liability

    Hi
I am currently going through the VT process with Motonovo, car has been collected, they confirmed there was no outstanding liability before collection and Mannheim collected the car etc. Upon collection they said there was some damage which totalled approx £700 which I point blank refused and never signed their collection. I have now received the attached letter and feel like I am missing something. As I see it I can either pay in 4 days, pay in 30 days or not pay at all and will still be in the same position with a VT against my name? Am I correct in thinking this or am I misunderstanding. Any advice is greatly appreciated.*
    Thanks*

Hi, We (my daughter) and I have just won our VT case.. It took two years. Contact the Ombudsman and let them deal with it.

Great news. Would you be kind enough to share the Ombudsman's decision for others to use and consistency?
