Ages ago I got a PCN and outstanding 'invoice' is around £250. It is now due for 'mediation'.* Originally clocked at less than 4 minutes on blank tarmac (no bays free at the time) on small retail park (private landowner) Parking company since been booted off the site by the landowner after local MP got involved after do many complaints from customers.* * * * * * * * * * * *Question : How should I play the 'mediation' charade in order to make the parking company 'bend a bit' in relation to my 'invoice'?* * * Thankyou
