  • Parking ticket at shopping center

    I got a ticket in a tree car park shopping center with no date time or what is was for they sent email back aski g for name and address of driver. Any help would be greatly appreciated your carman6

        I appealed by email to them but I didn't put name of driver or address this was the letter they sent by return email*Thank you for your email in which you appealed the above parking charge notice. It would greatly aid us in processing your appeal if you can supply us with the name of the driver and their address details, if we don’t receive this information by day 35 we will have no choice but to process your appeal based upon the information we have. Please note that we will seek to invoke Keeper Liability on day 29 as per PoFA 2012.

          Edit the first post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.* Use "the driver ......." etc.

          Keep up a conversation with them, and give them your address,* but delaying letters as long as possible in the hope that they don't send a Notice to Keeper before day 56. You could always write, confirming that your are the keeper, asking why they want to know the identity of the driver It looks as though they may not be contacting the DVLA for the keepers details.* Without a NTK within 56 days or not contacting the DVLA they can't hold the keeper liable.*
