    Please help me.
    I had to attend a course by monday.
    (25th)
    I thought my course was at 10 today but was it 8.45

    I was ringing to see if I could bring.my children as my.childcare fell through.

    I'm now panicking as to what will happen now

    it.was a genuine error. Completely own up to it

    Am I going to prison??

    Notes on the TTC system according to the woman on the phone as to my reasons for not attending.

    Date of my 120 day deadline was Monday (25th)

    Why was it left to the deadline ?

    No , not for this you won't.

    They may decide to prosecute the original offence. They have 6 months from the offence date to issue a requisition and summon you to court if they wish to use that route.

    How far over the limit were you ? If they prosecute you're looking at points and a fine - the fact they offered you the awareness course would suggest you are well away from any sort of ban.

      I was in devon for most of august so didnt see the letter until September. This was one of a few dates I could do with.the children.
      I was doing 48 in a 40 I think. The limit was 53 for an a was awareness course
