    NSL Clamp

    Hello, am hoping someone can guide.
    i was away from 1st oct till date and the road tax on my prius which is 0 anyways ran out and NSL impounded my car on 2nd , sent a letter on 5th stating if i dont respond they will dispose my car worth more then 5k after 8/11

    what are my chances of getting my car back, i have emailed them airline ticket pdf showing i only arrived today but the customer service on the phone were really rude
