I have received this parking ticket a while ago and tried to appeal it multiple times, as i was parked for exactly 2:50:17 which is 20 minutes over the time listed. However i used my defence against them with the 10 minutes entry and 10 minutes exit grace periods when appealing in the past. However they are still proceeding i also let them know that on the day i was shopping at Costco and the members had promotions. They was talking to individual customers for a while i told the Costco workers that this might bite into my time and they reassured me not to be worried and it would be logged in the system. However i still received the ticket please if anyone could draft me a defence letter to send back to appeal or do i just have to pay please let me know urgent help needed. I have attached photos please let me know what to do all help is greatly appreciated
