I’ve just received a parking charge notice for parking near Birmingham (airport) train station. Can anyone help?

    Hi
The PCN doesn't specify the exact location (mandatory for Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, Schedule 4).
Google how many Trinity Parks there are in the UK.
Also, being a train station, the site & roadways may well be subject to bye laws....if so, it is not relevant land for the purposes of PoFA.
Be careful not to ID the driver.
Also, don't respond until close to the deadline....you don't want them to rectify their mistakes.

Imho, that's a 'forbidding' sign, & so incapable of offering a contract.

Above is a transcript of another county court case decided on much the same issues.
County court cases are not precedents, but can be persuasive.

Search around for other appeals and create your own then put it on here for critique before sending. You are the only one that truly knows what happened.

You could also search on the PepiPoo forums
