I have received a letter from DRP Ltd demanding a payment of £160 as I apparently parked over the time limit in a Mcdonalds carpark on the 3rd December 2018. I remember going to the named Mcdonalds meeting a client as I work for social services. I was probably with the client for around 2 hour to 2 hour 30 minutes it was that long ago I cannot actually remember. I was actually in Mcdonalds having breakfast and coffee. DRP are now telling me that have no response from previous correspondence sent to my address by UKPC so they utilised a tracing service which has provided them with my new address, which may I add I moved to in July 2018 and that is the date when I renewed my driving licence so they would have had my new address before December 2018. I have never received anything before this letter. There is no evidence of when I arrived at the car park and at what time I left. They want full payment within 14 days. Are these people for real?? I have just tried to appeal this with UKPC and they have said it has been passed to the DEBTORS DRP ltd and I need to contact them. I have been advised not to call these people, can anyone help

First thing is edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Use "the driver ....." etc. THen please put it into paragraphs.
You may have told the DVLA your new address for your driving licence but did you tell them about the change for your car registration, the V5 document? If you haven't then do it now as this could be a real fine.
What did you say in your appeal? Did you mention who may have been driving?
They have evidence in the form of an ANPR camera of when your car entered and left the site.
So have you got a copy of the intitial letter from UKPC? If not then a SAR request to them to get all they hold about you.

The reason you are asked to edit to remove the hints of who was driving was to make it easier to defence the matter using failures of POFA and hence no keeper liability. If they know the driver then they can continue action against the driver. You have ignored that request, indeed compounded it in your next post.
What does "DVLA and V5 document has been completed." actually mean? Have you checked your V5 to see the address?
Are you going to submit the SAR to UKPC to see what they actually sent?
