I have received a letter from DRP Ltd demanding a payment of £160 as I apparently parked over the time limit in a Mcdonalds carpark on the 3rd December 2018. I remember going to the named Mcdonalds meeting a client as I work for social services. I was probably with the client for around 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes - it was that long ago I cannot actually remember. DRP are now telling me that have no response from previous correspondence sent to my address they utilised a tracing service which has provided them with my new address, which may I add I moved to in July 2018 and that is the date when I renewed my driving licence so they would have had my new address before December 2018. I have never received anything before this letter. There is no evidence of when I arrived at the car park and at what time I left. They want full payment within 14 days. Are these people for real??
