  • Blemain Finance Scottish court claims

    Hi all,
Just looking for information or news on claims for 'unfair terms' against Blemain Finance in the Scottish Courts. I've received numerous calls from Queensbeck, Express Law, Pure Legal - all claiming they are sucessfully winning cases against Blemain for unfair terms, hidden commissions etc. Yet when you do any reseach or read the forums there doesn't seem to be any news or reports of sucessful cases. I am about to make my final payment to Blemain for a 2nd charge mortage that I took out in 2007. I would really like to speak to someone Legal that can deal with my case and give me advice on an issue I have about the varriable rate on my secured loan that never once changed since 2007.

I dont cover Scotland but ive had a few very interesting cases, including one in the High Court with Blemain.

I think if youre based north of the border and your home is there too, then you will need a scottish lawyer, we have one on here under the title of scottishsolicitor and the alternative is Mike Dalily at Govan Law centre Scotland

Thanks for the referral PT2537. We have dealt with at least one case involving Blemain. Do you want to send me a private message with a little more detail on the background issue?
