    Hi there

    We have VT our Range Rover. We have dropped it off at British car auctions. On our finance agreement it states section 99 Termination rights that we have to pay £20132 & the cat to to be in good order.
    We have received from Black Horse a settlement figure of 20k?

    Are we in the right that the finance agreement stats

    I pressed something it posted sorry as I said the figure we have paid is 20876 above what the finance agreement starts, can they get us to pay the full 20k outstanding.

    On the finance agreement the figthese show interest added.

      Just checked the paperwork it's a hired purchase agreement not a pcp agreement.

        Did you voluntary terminate or voluntary surrender? What does the agreement say about terminating early?

          VT. It says

          You have the right to end this agreement. To do so. You should write to the person make payment to. They will then be entitled to the return of the goods and to half of the the total amount payable under this agreement that is £20134 if you have already paid a least this amount plus any overdue payments and have taken reasonable care of the goods. You will not have to pay any more.

          We have paid £20865.
          an I correct that because we have paid over the amount we pay nothing more.
