  • Defeating private parking cowboys.

Hi there to all from a new member. I have defeated a 'Private parking' action and would be pleased to help other members with letter templates.

    Hi I need your help!
Supermarket shares carpark with Another store, car park is large, my works have large vans and have been going to get lunch in the vans, they park at the end on the car park as the vans dont fit in a single bay they are too long and there is lots of room.
The Another store began car park monitoring and it appears they are in control of most of the carpark through their lease and the supermarket only has 2 rows. This is not made clear on any signs though speaking with the Another store they state its ok to park for up to 2 hours.
Some evenings customers for Another store can fill the carpark and the supermarket shoppers have nowhere to park! it is ludicrous to not ensure there was sufficient carparking before taking on a lease.
Anyway our vans have had tickets issued stating they were parked outside the bays ( they will not fit in 1 bay!) and subsequent fines - how do you think we can tackle this one?
