can you point me to a web site that deals with the removal of a parked but not abandoned vehicle from private property?
sites I have found deal with abandoned and while some councils will get involved in non abandoned issues, others wont.

what is the legal process for having a vehicle removed from private property. car owner does know the car should not be parked there.

If a vehicle is parked on your land a civil trespass has been committed.
Your recourse is to sue for the hypothetical value of the benefit received by the person trespassing.
You can also apply to the court for an injunction against the trespasser preventing them from continuing to trespass
