I would be writing to Blake Morgan and informing them the matter sits with the Financial Ombudsman and that they should cease all contact pending the outcome of that case. You should also raise the matter with the Financial Ombudsman and complain about Skoda's blatant disregard to their obligations if they have continued to pursue this despite an open complaint.

So received a response from Financial ombudsman. Essentially it says they have had lots of complaints about mileage charges and they are developing a strategy as it is a complicated area. So on hold.Comment
