I’m having exactly the same trouble with menhiem, I’ve just received a bill for £853, the car was handed back fully valeted,most of the damage was done by previous owner who smoked and had burnt the carpet and mat,2 very small scuffs on front bumper so they want to charge for a new one, minor chips on the side below door that could easily be touched up with a paint pen, and a scuff on alloy wheel,it seems the above company are out to screw as much money out of a person as the can possibly get away with.on top of that because I terminated the agreement I have had to pay the gap insurance back which was £453 plus another £138 to have the car collected.
