    Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for some help for a FCN i received from Napier Parking, I had originally purchased a ticket on but my wife put it on display and it ended up slipping off the dashboard. There was not a ticket on my windscreen or anything when we returned to my car so we thought no more of it. Today i have received a Final Reminder saying i must pay £100 this is the first i have heard of this fine,

I have followed their appeal procedure to contest it and said what had happened and they have point blank refused and want their money or have said to appeal to the IAS. Because there was not a FCN on my windscreen i obviously did not keep the ticket that i had purchased for over 1 month.

I have attached the PDF they sent back to me from the appeal and also the letter i received today.

Can anyone advise what i should do?

So edit your post so that identity of the driver cannot be inferred. If they do not know the driver then if the first letter you received was after 14 days then write back to them and tell them have not complied with POFA by delivering the notice outside of 14 days and therefore cannot hold you, the keeper, liable

Sit tight and see what happens. Collect pictures of the signs and let's see the first PCN received.
